Being our first garden experience we are having a bunch of fun. The peppers are hit and miss and not growing too big. The cucumbers are exploding as well as the tomaters. broccoli is a really huge plant. Finally got some green bunches a growing. And our herbs are doing pretty well in other areas and planters.

My parents out near Seattle have artichokes in their garden.

My parents out near Seattle have artichokes in their garden. My God…it is awesome. Whenever I visit they make sauteed baby artichokes with olive oil, butter, and garlic. It is like the voice of an angel calling.
