		<description>googled around a bit and that seems that the freezing before the first fry to golden brown is the key.  I would hate for egg to be in there.  Should be a fun experiment though.</description>

		<description>I'm guessing that a binding agent isn't needed. Just shred and form into shape then freeze before cooking. Then again, I haven't tried that, so what do I know?</description>
