Planters has new flavor grove cracked pepper skinless almonds with onion and garlic. I am always looking for new crap to try and my local convenience store folk are tired of me asking for something new each time I stop in, so they actually notified me of these. Skinless almonds just look wrong and seem to not hold much flavor. Mike at the U-STOP said you have to suck on the nuts to taste the flavor.

Bruschetta sure tastes great with stuff off the grill. Theresa has been making it for years and has it down. Our tomato plants are huge this year so we will be enjoying it often. She uses tomatoes, Garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and some parm cheese. We use Le Quartier bread since it is a bit warm to be baking. Theresa infuses olive oil with garlic and basil and lightly brushes the bread with some shredded parmesan.

In the pic above on the right is some risotto. Theresa has that down really good too.

Theresa let me do whatever I wanted with the leftover roasted chickem. I vrined that sucks. Good for another thread. I wanted to make enchiladas and did so.
