Theresa loves pumpkin pie and actually roasts the pumpkins cuz the stuff from the can simply does not compare. She is on her second round of making the goop and I am still not done with the first batch of seeds I made. I am guessing sucky bagging and freezing them will work out well. Might save these for a mid winter treat. I have tried making them all fancy with spices, but just plain salt is the best.
